The basic idea
A shampoo solution is mixed in a tank and delivered through a lance or nozzle that adds air or turbulence to create foam. Operating method differs by design, so confirm how the model you are buying is driven.
Typical operating steps
- Fill the tank with water and the correct amount of shampoo
- Pressurise or start the machine as the manual says
- Apply foam from the bottom of the vehicle upwards
- Let it dwell briefly, then rinse
What to check when buying
- Tank material (stainless steel resists chemicals)
- Tank size, such as 50 L
- Pressure regulator and safety valve
- Hose and lance quality
- Compatibility with your shampoo
Care
Rinse the tank, hose and nozzle after use so residue does not clog them. See the 50L stainless-steel shampoo machine.
