What is confirmed before installation
Installation scope, charges and timelines differ from project to project, so we confirm them in your written quotation rather than assuming. Equipment supply and installation are quoted as separate items unless agreed otherwise.
Typical installation steps
- Requirement and site discussion (photos and a sketch of the bay help)
- Model, power-phase and layout confirmation
- Civil preparation such as a foundation or pit, only to the model-specific drawing
- Delivery to site
- Mechanical, piping and electrical connection
- Testing, safety checks and handover instructions
What you should prepare
Water supply with enough storage or pressure, a drain with a sludge trap or separator, a suitably rated electrical supply with proper earthing, and a flat, load-bearing floor where the lift will stand.
For lifts, do not build a pit or pour a foundation from a generic drawing. Ask for the exact installation requirements for the model supplied.
Safety first
Lifts, compressed-air vessels and high-pressure water carry real risk. They should be installed, tested and maintained by competent people, following the manufacturer instructions. Specifications vary by model and supplier batch. Always confirm details against the nameplate, manufacturer data and your written quotation.
